Therapy is the process by which we can heal past wounds, process grief, seek closure, discover new meaning, and learn to see ourselves and life through a healthier lense. Some may feel a great sense of readiness to start their therapeutic process. However, it is normal to have many conflicting thoughts or feelings about embarking on such a journey.
However you may feel about starting or revisiting your therapeutic journey, I urge you to take the next step. As your therapist, I will meet you where you are. I will facilitate a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment. We will work together to solve either intrapersonal or interpersonal conflicts or discover underlying significance to past or present dilemmas that will bring about authentic and lasting changes.
