Raechel is a licensed clinical social worker is the states of Missouri and Michigan. Raechel earned her Master of Social Work degree from the George Warren School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis. Raechel has completed specialized training in the Advanced Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Program from the St. Louis Psychoanalytic Institute. Raechel also has training in utilizing a trauma informed approach, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Supportive Therapy. Raechel received her Bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Raechel has experience providing in-depth clinical psychotherapy to individuals and couples with histories of either stress, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief and or trauma. Raechel has also completed training in perinatal mental health and experience in working with mothers in recovering from pre and post partum mental health related concerns.
Raechel believes in the power of discovering how underlying dynamics influence how we think, feel, behave and interact with others. Raechel works with individuals to serve as a guide to explore alternate ways of coping, solve intrapersonal or personal conflicts, manage changes in mood, discover meaning to unanswered questions and or to find underlying significance.
Raechel uses a primary supportive and psychodynamic approach to facilitate a safe, supportive and comfortable environment. Raechel will work with whatever presenting concerns or issues you have to bring about authentic and lasting changes.
